They include yearly maintenance checkups, but anything beyond that, you are paying a large bill for. I pay full price for all prescriptions since I haven't reached my $2500 deductible.

The health plan is limited to one option with extremely high deductibles. The company cares more about it's role in "impacting the political landscape of healthcare" than actually caring for the well being of it's employees.

The best thing about the 401(k) provision was the match. Additionally, the company does have profit sharing, 4% of your prior years' income, which is distributed in April of the following year.

I love that my premium is not that high but I hate the $2500 deductible per person. Health assessment contribute by company to an HSA account helps to cover about $560 but I still feel that I never see the benefit of insurance premiums as I pay out of pocket anytime I get sick. I never meet my deductible.

Didn't really get to use it, so I can not comment. If you took time off other than your regular scheduled days during the week, even if you were sick, you would lose your commission. So people would come to work very sick.

The deductible is way too high, the choice of doctors is limited, there is only one plan to choose from.

It's health insurance, not health care. Covers catastrophes, not routine teeth pulling.
