The job training that was most beneficial was the online training. The in store training from another associate well that was a joke.

The training is supposed to follow a specific path, but the Manager did not follow the manual. instead of walking through the training and showing us what to do, she handed us her manual and asked us to complete it. many of the tasks needed to be directly shown on the sales floor or worked through together. I did watch 90% of the videos, but found that I ran out of time while working, and gave up on them. (we signed the completed manual, anyway, so I could get my keys) It was very difficult to coordinate with the other managers, as we each learned different aspects, but did not have full training. The entire team would have benefitted, had the ASMs been properly trained.

Company over all offers many hours of job training. Within your department the training is at an over load level or very little at all.

They do not give you enough time before hand to study for the tests and the training managers are not very helpful.
