I personally didn’t have a good experience with training it all relayed on me asking questions, asking to learn different things and processes that were never shown to be but that i need to know to complete my work correctly. A lot of my training was left up to myself and the computer, the have an application with all the policies and processes to learn. Most of the time for management positions however you would be taken to a store with a similar stock and volume rate to yours to train with someone already in the position for a month. The company does pay for travel and stay during this time.

When I first received cashier training, it was on a Sunday before open and I didn't actually touch the registers for almost two months after and had essentially forgotten everything and had to keep calling a manager to assist me when I was ringing up customers. I also kept being told that I would receive certain trainings at a certain time and wouldn't until the situation was imminent, or I needed to complete a task. I was the only person fully cross-trained and able to do any job without needing additional training that wasn't the manager or assistant manager.
