They just teach you a bit, you must really learn on your own some stuff. There is a register training where you learn to use the register in case your called to check customers out.

theres really no training, i think they expect you should know what to do in a retail environment, except how to fold or organize clothes

They did a good job. Wasn't super long and I felt prepared on for the job. I was able to learn a lot of stuff on the go but they weren't jobs that were hard to complete.
