Job Training

They "train" you in that they make you watch a video now about the mission of the company. Actual hands on training is left to the current employee running a particular section. This in turn leads to either really good or really bad training depending on the situation with the current employee

Nothing wrong with it its fine

very very bad training , they say they will train you but spend very little time doing so and you end up learning on your own or from other employees

If your one of the lower managers it's unfair cause the upper ones don't try to help you learn what you should be learning

Job training is horrible unless you get a job as a cashier. They tell you what you'll be doing, but never explain what the process is. Takes months to completely understand what you have to do.

Free training is a big part of what the company stands for so they stand by this full force
