Job Training

several job training classes are available on site.

Very basic to intensive training on all levels.

Training is hard, you have to be working it to learn it.

It is typical training, just enough to get you by.

The training was great and part of the mission.

The training is very thorough and informative and is a class act. We where made to feel welcome and fed very well.

Training was pretty thorough. It was a week long at the main office and took you through their missiin, expectations, benefits and other positions you could move into after years of service.

They Train Really Well

Oh I could write a page on this where managements training is less than desired and expect you to be able to work in your store after three weeks of training in other stores. Problem is, each store does things differently and there is no one right way to do things...hence why management is always getting fired. The CEO has her hands in to many things to let the retail side get fixed.
