Four months after starting employment I still have not been trained on all the proper procedures of my job.

The best thing is that you receive all the training you need, and they don't mind assisting you with anything. They do put you first, and they see to it that you are consistently learning how to do your job. They would rather you ask a thousand questions versus making an error you can't fix.
