Extensive tax class for job preparation and use of computer program. Class is not free. Pending successful completion of class, a job offer may be extended to those who apply for seasonal work.

We learned enough with the technical aspect of the job, but nothing really went into actual tax preparation. We learned some of the basics but not enough to really give the technical support rep an understanding of the actual tax portion of the software.

I just received a quick two hour training, which did not cover every aspect of the position thoroughly.

Lots of classes are available to increase your proficiency level. It is up to the preparer to take advantage of the classes.

The best is that you can excel if you strive with tons of educational materials online displayed just for $20 a year being an associate or employee. No worst thing, great system.

There was not enough training.

The best training around. You can't beat it.

The company continues to reduce this in order to maintain profits.
