3 weeks off is better than 2 weeks off. BUT could be better who doesn't like more vacation

The best is that you get floting holiday time at the beginning of each year, you don't have to work the holidays to get this floater time. Only get 3 weeks of vacation per year.

the best thing about this is they do it. They give you money to go on vacation (these benefits can be looked up on the company website. It might take some time but navigate through it and know what your getting into (but also know it is amazing compared to most companies)

The best is the flex hours and the 9-80 schedule with allows for one off friday every other week. This allows you to move hours around and take longer vacations and take less time off.
