Vacation & Paid Time Off

Vacation is earned monthly = 1 day earned per month, sick time is not stated in any employee handbook, they track how much time each employee takes off and catergorize it; personal illness, personal business and if management deems an employee takes off too much time that person is reprimanded

They provide 3 weeks paid time off. But not very many holidays.

3 weeks of paid vacation with another week of flexible holiday.
