Vacation & Paid Time Off

The vacation accumulation rate is on par with the rest of the industry.

Excellent vacation and paid time off and very easy to request time off. Staff members had to be somewhat flexible as they were shift workers who had to coordinate coverage.

Not only do you get your earned monthly vacation time off (10 or 6hrs) but you also have 10 holidays off a year. Not to include PI (personal Illness) and PB (Personal business) time off.

So far, very generous and awesome. On the 9:80 schedule (not all locations offer this), get every other Friday off, 3 weeks PTO, 10 holidays.

for employees over 1 year you get 3 weeks paid vacation

Can't beat 10 months accrued each month and a paid week off when operations shut down from Christmas to New Years. Works out to be 4 weeks of paid vacation a year with accumulation/roll-over of up to 400 hours.

15 days, plus 5 (i think) personal holidays that you had to take each year or you would lose them. There was a penalty for accumulating too much without taking it. Some people who work there don't like to take vacation. Read into that what you will.

They allow you to accrue vacation at a good rate, they allow you to go negative in vacation balance, they allow for a flexible work time to take vacation on an hourly rate.

Vacation is probably a little less than average after you get past 5 years.
