Vacation & Paid Time Off

2 weeks starting out and after 5 years you get an additional week

Guaranteed the time off, but it's distributed by seniority, so there's no guarantee on the days. They make you feel pretty guilty about leaving, and it's tough given the job usually requires daily communication with your clients.

5 days vacation if you are lucky and only 5 sick days per year!

You get your full vacation and floating holidays on Jan 1st each year even though you haven't accrue them monthly

Overtime is mandatory Monday through Saturday and its like pulling teeth from a toddler's mouth to get days off to balance life with the demanding schedule.

It's probably going to disappear like every other former benefit we've had but, it is pretty good right now.

1 week of paid vacation initially. Then after your first year you get 2 weeks. After five years you get 3 weeks. I think it's 15 years of service til you hit 4 weeks, then they cap you off at 5 weeks vacation after (I think) 25 years of service.

If I can, I would this company a 0 star.

Felt like it was a really slow accrual rate for new hires.
