not enough nesting period, needs to actually teach what can happen on a call rather than trying to teach someone how to sale.

You may get lucky and get a seasoned Trainer. I did, so at least that made me getting onto production floor that much easier. The only reason why I rate this 3 stars. Other than that, they repeat out of scope material non stop. Little is spent on trouble shooting training, %80 of the class is on customer service and S4X behaviors which are demands that are impossible to meet. They expect you to go above and beyond for little pay.

Training was ok but does not begin to prepare one for working for this terrible company! The payroll department is terrible!

Job training was great. They basically pay you to sit there and listen to other employees being trained to complain about training.

Not bad. Wish they provide more education on the tools that use on working

Training was great, the people are super nice and really take their time showing the ropes and going over things.

The training provided by Support.com was not very long and it was off topic alot of the time so it really wasn't all that helpful.
