Not good at all! The training is 4 weeks long and most of the time is spent talking about customer service. We did not have access to the tools we'd be using in production for most of the training period, and when we did, there was very little time spent learning to use them. Mostly we watched PowerPoint presentations and listened to calls. I felt very unprepared to do the job when I went into production, even after the 1 week nesting period.

Training was the absolute worst. Old material never updated. They had multiple classes go through with complaints about test questions being completely wrong and never getting fixed. Most of the trainers were barely even there or avail during the training. They simply read from a script that wasn't updated with the work you would actually be doing. Learn dozens of services that were not even sold anymore then thrown on the floor with little support and had to then teach yourself everything you actually needed to know to do the job.

their training is a work from home. you remote to their training program. you can speak and post chat comments, etc. my suggestion here is just use a word processor, type what they say so you have information when they give tests. basically pay attention otherwise you won't pass the exams. they do however need to get with the program and update their training material so what they are instructing you on matches what you are actually doing.

Could have been 100% better for those who were hired but were not considered technical, a lot of the information during training was outdated information and majority of those you communicate with are also New Hires so unless you knew how to find the information through keyword use on the company knowledge base you were SOL unless a Supervisor was present to answer your many questions.

A JOKE !!! "Trainers" are non qualified, untrained themselves, abusive and patronizing at times. Was encouraged to do ILLEGAL software piracy/theft to maintain any hands on training on software used and supported.....also told to use GOOGLE to get info to support new client software since SDC failed to have any hands on training for these.

Very lengthy training (over 200 hours). Training isn't very helpful for the actual work you'll be doing but it's nice to have a guaranteed paycheck for the first 5 weeks for sitting in 200 hours of conference calls.

It didn't need to be three weeks long but it was easy money. You can nap through the videos. I would actually leave my home during them.
