I think the health benefits could be better.

The coverage is good but Humana frequently sends requests for verification after a claim has already been processed and suspends further claims until you validate the information.

Insurance was very cost effective. And the company offered incentive to stay healthy by offering a point system to 'good health choices' (i.e. eating, drinking water, exercising, and wellness visits) If the preset point goal was achieved USAA would actually pay for your medical benefits for the year.
