You get a $1 bonus for finishing a class like normal, meaning you didn't have IT issues or what-not. You also get a $1 bonus for giving feedback to the parents, which is required anyways. Then, after 2 contracts (of 6 months each), assuming you have performed to their standards, you will get a raise, usually around $.50 per class, which is $1 more an hour. This raise does top off though once you've been with the company for 4 years ( I believe).

The more teaching hours you have, then you start to qualify to be apart of VIPKID Communities that teach other teachers, or create marketing videos to share. You can even earn a all expense paid trip to China. There are also referral bonuses.

There is $1 per class bonus for showing up on time for the class. Also, there is a $5 bonus if a trial class student signs up for the program after you teach the student.

There are nice incentives if a kid signs on or you recruit another tutor.
