Performance Bonus

Bonuses are okay, but if you consider the unpaid time for unbooked time slots you're still missing out on money you could earn with a more reliable company.

.50 cent/class if you teach 30 or more places per month. $1/class for 45 or more classes per minth. $1/class for completing parent feedback on time. $5/class for converting a trial student to a main course student. $100 for a successful teacher referal.

Again, this is up to you! If you are on time and complete the class you get $1 per class. If you teach more than 30-45 you get .50 per class and more than 45 $1 per class.

Up to $4.00 an hour is the typical performance bonus, plus a raise every other year.

The worst thing about the performance bonus, is that even if you do everything you agree to do under your contract, management may still decide not to pay you for your time.

I get paid $2 (per half hour) for being on time and teaching as scheduled. This is great!

They give a raise every 6 months depending on your performance.

After reaching a quota of 45 classes per month (22.5 hours) you receive $1 bonus for every class taught.

You can make more money if you do 45 classes a month, you also get referral bonuses for new teachers
