I recently had an initial phone interview with Glassdoor, and overall, the process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and professional, and the questions were fairly standard for a first-round screening. Unfortunately, I did not make it to the next round of the hiring process, but I appreciated the opportunity to speak with the company and gain more insight into their hiring practices.
