I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Agero
Interview
Process was very much lacking in transparency and respect for the candidate. I received outreach on LinkedIn about a role. Was redirected to a more jr. recruiter for my HR screen. Recruiter did not show up to our scheduled call and did not respond to multiple emails. Recruiter then fabricated that I was the one who didn't show up. I then attempted to reschedule with recruiter, had that call cancelled and rescheduled with a different recruiter. On that call the now 3rd recruiter was unaware of the role I was contacted about and was interviewing me for a completely different role on their plate. After the call I was told I'd be submitted for both roles. Never heard back about any feedback or follow ups and was ghosted on email, LinkedIn, and text (originally used by the higher level recruiter for quicker communication of scheduling) by initial higher level recruiter. 0 out of 10 in candidate experience.
Thank you for your feedback. Agero places great emphasis on the candidate experience. We will be sure to keep this in mind as we continue to improve each and every day. -Agero Talent Acquisition Team
