1. Brief phone interview with an in house recruiter who helps prepare you for the interview/makes sure you’re applying for a job that is reasonable salary wise/a good fit.
2. Group Interview that lasts 2-3 hours (closer to 2). It’s a lot of public speaking, sales demo, and product knowledge introduction.
3. An in depth interview with your future manager, who asks you a series of questions (around 10-20) from a standardized list.
4. (Optional) The same interview again, but with a different manager if you are like me and you were interesting in interviewing for different departments to see which one would be a good fit.
