Coffman Engineers interview questions

First you need to submit everything online and wait a bit. After some waiting you will get a phone call and then you will be set up with an interview. The interview was pretty laid back with two managers asking questions and listening. They looked a lot at your resume and did a lot of listening. Specific questions were asked about the job but nothing too difficult. They answered all questions and explained why it would be a good place to work. Overall it was an easy interview process. Then you get drug tested and background check etc etc. Process was fairly quick.

Interviewed with two principles and the CAD manager. The interview process was painless and the questions were ones you would expect to be asked. After the interview I went on a tour of the office. The hiring process was painless as well. They spread the paperwork out over the first week and there are lots of sit downs to explain benefits.
