Farmers Insurance Group Insurance Sales Agent interview questions

This was a one on one interview at their office. I met with the talent director in his office. He provided details on the type of person that they were looking for which was someone with business related experience. I also met other agents that were in the office and heard the different opportunities that were available if I wanted to pursue that as my career.

I was contacted by a recruiter. First interview was at the district office. It was more of a sales pitch. You have to pay rent to work at the office and you have to buy leads if you cannot generate your own. If you are apart of your community and you know a lot of people this might be a good option. I was impressed that the recruiter was very straight forward with me and gave me honest answers.
