The interviewers were very nice and strong communicators, and I always felt content after each interview. However, the process involved six interviews, which seemed excessive. In the first interview, the interviewer was an hour late without prior notification but apologized and provided a reason, which I accepted, though it left a poor first impression.
After weeks of interviews, I didn't hear back for three weeks. When they finally contacted me, they informed me that I was assessed as level 2 instead of the level 3 I had anticipated. Despite my initial expectations, I was okay with this and they wanted to proceed, but due to the level 2 assessment, I had to wait an additional two weeks. After this call, they went silent for four weeks, ignoring my two emails. When they eventually reached out, they promised a decision by that Friday, but it was delayed by another week before they informed me they couldn't continue with me.
Considering their asynchronous work style, if their communication during the hiring process reflects how they operate internally, I wouldn't describe their workflow as very productive.
