Juul Labs interview questions

First was a phone call with the recruiter who said my resume matched perfectly with the role, which I found out later it did not. Second was a phone interview with management in the department I was applying for. Third was the in-person interview with several people from the department. My main complaint was after the in-person interview, I was called by the recruiter and told everything went great. However, they decided to move forward with someone else. She said they thought I was the perfect fit culture wise and because they had many positions open, they would find a role more suited for me. She assured me that, and I quote, the 'stupid automated email' meant nothing because they were going to find me a position and she would get back to me in a week. I never heard back. I followed up on email/phone and never received any response. She should have at least said no or that we didn't find anything.

Well as many of the other reviewers have suggested this process is a joke. The recruiters have no knowledge of the role they are seeking to fill and just trying to hit a number. Not to mention, the hiring manager jumped on the 2nd call with no direction and provided painfully awkward silence because of the ill preparedness. Both phone screens were a complete waste of time and I would not recommend wasting yours.
