I initially had a phone screen with the VP of Sales. After that they had the recruiter reach out to me to set up an onsite interview. Came on site and met with four team members, two of which were from a completely different department. MX is definitely about preserving their culture and making sure you'd be a good fit for the company, so I thought it was very helpful for them to include people from other departments. Once the initial on site interview was completed, they reviewed the feedback from the four interviewers with a hiring board, and then scheduled a time for me to come and meet with the CFO, COO, and CEO. This was a little different, because I was use to the next step being with the hiring manger. However, it was a great experience to be able to meet with the three executives and really helps you to get a great feel for the company and for them to get a great feel for you. Eventually after that interview, I was offered the job and took it. Out of all the companies I met with, I honestly felt that MX's recruiting team was the best at communicating next steps, and keeping me up to date throughout the process.
