McMaster-Carr Management Development Program interview questions

The interview process is one interview, which is four hours long with four different employees at varying seniority levels. The interviewers will be picked based on your skills and areas of interest.

I applied for the Management Development Program based on a posting, but when I was interviewed, the recruiter told me mid-interview that the program was full (I don't know why the posting was still active in that case) and this was actually for a warehouse job. Given my education and background, I was way overqualified, and did not apply for the position, yet I continued with the interview. The recruiter was THE most unenthusiastic person to the point where it was rude, and there were a lot of awkward silences on her end. Never heard back, but was never going to accept the job I never applied for in the first place. Careful applying for this office, as they don't care what you actually applied for.
