Procter & Gamble Engineering Intern interview questions

Initially - Met recruiter at Career Fair on Wednesday, scheduled first interview by the end of the day. I had to complete a personality and reasoning test before the interview was locked in. First Interview - Friday (2 days after Career Fair) on campus, basic behavioral questions. Interviewed with a Senior Manager in Supply Chain. He played it very cool so I was unsure how the interview was going. Tuesday was notified that I had made it past the 1st interview and that I would be contacted to schedule the day visit to occur in a week and a half. Day Visit- P&G puts an impressive amount of effort and resources into making this a very special trip. Each candidate gets their own P&G employee that takes you around the city, possible living situations, and then out to dinner and a very nice restaurant. My P&G handler was an amazing asset into preparing for the next day. After dinner I was dropped off at the hotel and ran into other candidates for drinks and interview prep. Reviewing behavioral questions was key to being ready for the next day. My handler picked me up early in the morning to go out for breakfast, he initiated a mock interview that really helped me form complete responses using the CAR method. Once on the P&G campus, we met with the other candidates for a quick powerpoint intro followed by a more challenging reasoning/IQ test that included basic math, critical thinking, and pattern recognition. The 40 questions took nearly the entirety of the 65 minutes alloted. Next up was the 3:1 interview, again behavioral questions and thanks to our prep the night before it went very well and it was very relaxed. Afterwards you meet up with your handler again and go out to lunch with P&G employees. After lunch there are two product presentations to get a better feel for the engineering challenges that are to be faced. At the end of the day a high up manager came in and offered me a position which I took on the spot. P&G interviews their interns as if they are going for full time positions and as such they have a 95% graduation rate of intern to full time. Whole process took 2 weeks and 2 days from initial meeting to job offer.

They contacted me after career fair on campus. They invited me to an on-campus interview and it went well. Later, they had me fill out some tests online. They invited me to a recruitment dinner later. A month later I had my on-site interview. They paid for everything and took me around the city. Everyone was really nice and interested in me, which was nice. They had another test for me to take and gave me an offer before I left. I accepted a month or so later.
