Interview
Got a phone call to set up a time that worked best for me. Was followed up with a email with the date, time and directions for the interview. Followed the directions which stated to, go to the live chat to start your interview screening. Then the screener will call you to finish out the interview.
When I went to the live chat on the REI website the wait was 15 minutes. By the time I got to someone, they had no clue what I was supposed to be doing or connected with. They were extremely kind enough to take the time and solve it with me (45 minutes) for a 30 minute interview. I missed the 'Screening'. The live chat person told me that the person who scheduled the interview got back to them and said that I missed my screening time and would be contacted to reschedule. Got the rejection email the next day.
