They use iCIMS to conduct video interviews. Questions are on a timer - you get 3 "takes" then it advances to the next question with no option to go back. if you aren't good at recording videos of yourself, good luck! If you're comfortable on camera, you'll be fine! For me, when I see the red dot, or I know I'm being recorded, I freeze up and can't get a full answer out. I know I'm not the only one who feels like this - plenty of people are camera shy, especially when they know they're being recorded. Definitely does not feel inclusive in any way for people with anxiety, public speaking issues, speech impediments, etc... Very few people can just hit record and perform like a weather man. It's a whole separate skill that is apparently necessary for working in retail. For a company that presents itself as ultra inclusive and progressive, they are using the most ableist interview process I've come across in my job search. Anyone who would put themselves on the neurospicy spectrum will likely struggle with this platform. I felt very frustrated, excluded and humiliated by this interview process.
