My particular interview was a group interview with about 30 applicants split into two groups of 15 people. Going in I knew it was going to be a group interview but I did not expect to be up against that many other candidates. The group interview was an interesting, appropriate method in my opinion. We went through a series of scenarios, company values, and rotations for people to voice their thoughts and opinions to different groups and managers observing. Only downside is if you are a more introverted person you may be at a disadvantage, it seemed as though some had a hard time speaking up and were therefore penalized for it...the managers will never know more about you if you don't speak up. I am still an employee within this company and there have been a number of other interviewing methods used since my hiring. The company is always altering and improving their methods for whatever is necessary for that given hiring period/store location.
