Regus Project Manager interview questions

Process seemed to be 'off the cuff'. Initial video call with the recruiter who didn't seem to know what he was doing. Then a face to face with the a member of the hiring manager, who seemed to contradict what the recruiter had said... in terms of skillset and attributes they were looking for. Final step was to be a face to face with the MD. Apparently they were 'very happy' with my interviews but then decided the to not get in touch or provide feedback and ignore my email. Finally, recruiter said they had gone with someone else who then declined the offer and were waiting to see on next steps. NO THANKS!

Face to face interview following initial phone screening. Manager was attentive and good at her job. Made me feel at ease and gave me an honest appraisal of company (less some of the politics which I learnt on joining).
