How I landed the interview: A ReliaQuest recruiter reached out to me over LinkedIn asking if I wanted to know more about an open security analyst position. I was interested so we scheduled a call. I was very interested so I chose to pursue. 1st Interview: It was an introductory call to talk about the position and everything that goes with it (pay, benefits, hours, etc.), The recruiter was extremely professional and really polite and made sure I do not feel nervous at any point. She asked basic technical question just to check the knowledge. After clearing the 1st interview I was sent a test link which had 25 technical questions, these were scenario based and covered both defensive as well as offensive. After clearing the test, the 2nd interview was scheduled with 2 senior members of the team. This one is a difficult one and has indepth technical questions. You really need to prepare for this round. The recruiters are extremely knowledgeable and make you feel at home. They are super upbeat and positive as well. If you made it this far you can catch on and see what type of person ReliaQuest is looking for. After qualifying the technical round, 2 tests for behavioral and cognitive assessments are sent. If you have cleared all the tests successfully, an onsite interview is scheduled wherein the local manager first interviews you just to check the mindset of the candidate. It is not that technical but a few scenario based questions were asked. After the mindset interview, just when you think everything is done you have another interview with the leadership team. And this one is a mix of behavioral and technical questions. The technical part was super difficult, so be prepared! Overall the process is a bit lengthy but it gives an idea of what kind of employee is the org looking for. The recruiter is always in touch with you and the result of the interview/test are given within 3-4 hours.
