Samsara interview questions

The hiring process felt disorganised and, at times, condescending. The talent team set very high expectations for candidates, but didn’t seem to hold themselves to the same standard in terms of preparation or professionalism. It is also noticeable that the same roles keep being advertised, which suggests there may be ongoing issues with the hiring approach and internal standards. That raises questions about how candidates are being assessed and how effective the process really is. Overall, a more accountable and capable talent team, with a genuine focus on process and candidate experience, would make a big difference to both credibility and hiring outcomes.

The interview process at Samsara was great. My recruiter kept me updated throughout. He provided feedback and advice for a successful next round. The process was long but the recruiter set that expectation up front.
