Support.com Remote Service Technician interview questions

It was relatively quick and easy, they just called me out of the blue and we were done in just a few minutes with a date set for training. It was great!

All completed online. Questionnaire was easy. They wanted full resume information, job descriptions and references. Received email follow up to schedule phone interview. Phone interview was easy, except they require a fast internet as well as a fast computer processor-so generally speaking, a laptop will not be fast enough, unless it's a gaming one. Also require a wired headset. Gave me 14 days to upgrade equipment and then call back and accept position. Have to prove internet speed.
