I handed my resume in person at the store and I got a phone call for interview later on.
It was quite easy. I was asked about my availability and customer experience. The manager looked a little busy at the time so it ended up a short interview than I expected. But I got a phone call a couple days later.

It was about 15 minutes and reviewed qualifications and how I would deal with certain situations. The supervisor would write down my answers, and ask for clarification if needed. I received a call the next day with an offer.
