Easy. They only ask for basic information like what you'd expect from a part time job interview. Have you worked at Tim Hortons or other coffee shops before, do you like coffee, what made you apply here, have you worked as a cashier before, how would you communicate with an angry customer, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you worked at Tims or similar coffee shops before?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Oakville, ON) in Oct 2018
Interview
It was very short, informal in a cafeteria where they worked not even in a private room. They asked some questions relating to how I handled certain situations. The worst part was that they weren't writing down my answers which meant that if I hadn't gotten the job at the interview there would not have been any chance they would have remembered what i said.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Saskatoon, SK) in Aug 2019
Interview
Well, I saw Tim Hortons in online then I decided to apply and after two days, they emailed me if I am interest for an interview and I said I would love to get an interview anytime. After that, they decided on friday at 1pm afternoon.
