I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Innisfil, ON)
Interview
Standard interview. The manager had a list of questions such as greatness weakness, greatest strength, etc. It felt very much like what you would expect of a fast food type of interview. No hard hitting questions, no follow up interviews. Just one shot and a job offer.
I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Winnipeg, MB) in Sep 2010
Interview
I submitted a resume in person, and I was called for an interview a couple days later. When I arrived, there were 4 or 5 other people there waiting for interviews as well. It was extremely casual, I didn't feel I answered the questions particularly well, but they offered me the job on the spot.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tim Hortons in May 2010
Interview
I was referred to this position by an employee of Tim Horton's, and submitted a cover letter and resume as well as filling out an application. I received a phone call for an interview and set up an appointment for an interview. The interview consisted of questions along the lines of "what hours can you work?" and "when can you start?" At this point I decided that I had received the job.
