Tim Hortons Team Leader interview questions

There were two separate interviews with two different managers. Short and easy. Very basic questions. They also might throw in a question like, what would you do if you saw the baker drop a donut on the floor, then picked it up and put it on display to serve. It’s common sense so you can’t really mess up.

Th interview process was very fast and easy . The recruiter asked only 5-7 questions regarding my previous experience , my availability . and then told me they will let me know in 2-3 days . the total process took less than a week.
