The engineering manager who had joined in was just all about himself, I wont say discussion was overall bad but I would say average , general perception in people who are coming from indian startups are just sacling is the biggest problem other problems are not challenging they feel which is where I had a little debate on why this problem was not challenging as per the interviewer. Coming from a single dimension and expecting answers as per you is the main problem which is see in most of the interviewers , interviewers need to have a little broader perspective. Apart from that if somebody has invested 1-2 hr of time giving 2 rounds of interview the least you can provide is honest feedback rather than lame AI generated general rejection email because in my mind i was able to answer all the questions but still got rejected and now I will be in a loop for a week or so thinking what did I say wrong what I should improve so humble request please share the detailed feedback to rejected candidate's it would help them to prepare better and work on their weakness.
