The HR and Talent Acquisition specialist contacted me for a telephone interview about one week prior, via email. There was no agenda provided. The actual Zoom Webconference details were provided only a few hours prior to the meeting. Once on the call, which was problematic to dial into, the sound was very poor. Furthermore, the HR rep was calling from Tel Aviv, Israel for the job in Sydney, Australia. The Managers I would report to are in Sydney, Australia and Raleigh, North Carolina. Why would they choose someone like that to contact me in Sydney? It made no sense from my perspective. She only asked scripted questions, which were unbelievably basic. I felt it was a complete waste of time. She was even opening and closing zippers and fiddling around in the background during the interview, so it was clear she was completely disinterested and appallingly unprofessional. Two days later, I received a stock standard thank you, but no thank you email from WalkMe. It was not even from the HR Rep. Thus, this inexperienced individual was able to determine my fate with the internationally booming WalkMe company, which is in desperate need of experienced personnel. I have years of IT sales, business development, account management, and Cloud experience. What a waste! I contemplated writing to her superiors, but I have simply moved on. The experience was so poor, this is the first time I have written anything on Glassdoor, primarily to warn others reviewing this company.
