Zoom Communications Account Execitive interview questions

The process was far too long (six weeks) and lacked transparency. I was lead to believe I was the only candidate being seriously considered, as naive as that may sound.

I applied to zoom and had the recruiter email me with a link to schedule a 30-minute zoom call with her. The recruiter did not show up to the call or even have the courtesy to reply to my email asking if she needed to reschedule after 27 minutes of waiting had passed... A few days after that, I followed up again and never heard back. This was the worst interview experience I've had at a company. It was a complete waste of my time and disrespectful to leave someone waiting for an interview and never follow up.
