Sales Interview Questions

As a sales representative, your ability to speak to clients has a large impact on the company’s profits. Great interpersonal, listening, and marketing skills are all essential. As sales reps often encounter skeptical or difficult customers, employers will be looking to assess your ability to present a product with ease, counter objections, and bounce back from rejection. Be prepared to give a convincing sales pitch on one of the company's products or role-play a situation in which you have to persuade difficult customer.

Would you have a problem signing a non-compete. First off it will be a yes- they are selling SEO no intellectual property. Then he was telling me his story of being sued by a previous employer for Non compete. I did let him know at the interview I was not interested. They are a small company and want to use my connections and then tell me I cant sell them again because of non-compete.

The interview was very, very simple - No "What is your greatest weakness" or "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" typical corporate questions. Not even the "Tell me about yourself" There is zero psychological probing. The interview was relaxed to be fair, it just didn't leave me wanting to work for Jasper - The question below wants to know if I got an offer. I don't have the faith that the offer would even find it's way to me IF it was their intention to provide it. I am not sure that they have the organizational skills to complete such a task after everything that I have seen. The most difficult question to answer is "WHY am I wasting my time with this interview?!?!" Tied with the question "Is THIS the best guy they could find within their company to represent them in the interview process?!?!"
