Thank you for the feedback however I respectfully disagree with your note about our management team. Area's you highlighted as positives such as flex time off and improvements in benefits are direct outcomes of our senior leadership team's focus on making Agero the best place to work it can be for all of its employees. Significant investments in our brand new office space in Medford and SF, improved employee engagement activities and communication are all recent outcomes associated with an improved employee experience directed by our senior leadership team. Agero isn't unique in the fact that there are things we can and are actively working to do better with the input of all of our employees.

Pros

Gift cards, fun work environment.

Cons

The pay, yay we got a .90¢ raise. But that isn’t even enough to balance out the insurance costs. The mandatory overtime, we all have families and lives outside of work and if we want the overtime we will sign up for it. Not our fault the company can’t get people in their seats. The only ones that actually make it to be top tier/supervisor are given the position because of “under the table” actions and favoritism.

Pros

Matching salary to national expectations for roles fulfilled $

Cons

Very unprofessional management team. HR management still engaging in what seems like 1970’s boiler room politics.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. It is always helpful to know when someone does not have a good experience so we can make improvements. It would obviously be inappropriate to respond to the specifics of your situation given this is a public forum, but if information has been provided in a reference that you are uncomfortable with, I would encourage you to reach out to Agero HR directly by emailing recruiting@agero.com so we can learn more about what happened, and discuss the approach going forward in the event we get any further requests for information about your time at Agero.
