Pros

Compensation was good and some of the employees were great. The director of finance was nice and professional.

Cons

My experience in this department was unfortunately overshadowed by a toxic work environment. Before accepting the position, I read several reviews mentioning unprofessional and negative behavior from a particular individual. Despite that, I chose to give the team a chance. Sadly, the reviews proved accurate, and I experienced many of the same behaviors firsthand. While I did raise my concerns with Human Resources, I ultimately chose to keep them off the record due to fear of retaliation. The behavior I witnessed was not only disrespectful to the team but consistently unprofessional. It created a work culture where poor conduct was noticed but never addressed. It took me a long time to write this because I truly loved my role and the work I was doing. I learned a great deal during my time there. However, the persistent toxic behavior made it impossible to stay, and I ultimately made the difficult decision to leave without notice

Larger company with trilon buying them so 401k match is nice

Cons

Trilon only cares about money. No Christmas bonus first time in years. Awful survey manager at Boca location. When you leave, you get treated like a criminal.
