      Decent pay and benefits, but toxic workplace culture.

      Okay pay and benefits, hybrid, and good location.

      Cons

      Cliquey staff and poor management. They expect you to do certain tasks with little to no training and then blame you when said task isn't completed at a pace they prefer. This is very specific to this location and office, so other offices and locations may differ. One group also made a group chat about another co-worker to complain about how loud they were. 30-year-old mean girls.

      Flexible work environment, competitive pay, decent benefits.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment since merge with RKA. Dishonest. Trilon (who owns DRMP) purchased RKA and DRMP last year and blindly put incompetent leaders in leadership roles for in Charlotte. RKA was originally going to remain a separate entity until they dug into the numbers and realized RKA was failing as a business. FAILING. To prevent a mass exodus of employees, they put several RKA folks in leadership roles. Some of these folks are failing miserably. If toxicity and work place bullying is your is thing. This is the place for you.
