      -Payday every Friday! -Freedom to choose what you want to work -W2 employer

      Cons

      - Competing for the same work opportunities. You won't be selected for the job if you have no points or negative points. - Point system. -Lack of local work. Everything requires traveling 50+ miles or is already filled up within minutes of posting.

      Get to travel, typically good co-workers on the crews

      Cons

      Lots of Communication issues. Company is negligent when it comes to taking care of there field workers

      Traveled the US, loved third shift

      Cons

      Did not care about employees, did not pay employee like should, took pay from us when benefits them, does not put important documents in files for lodging.
