We are not happy that your experience working here has been unsatisfactory and means that in your case, we have failed somewhere along the line.
Since you are a current team member at Scott Credit Union, I would urge you to come and see me, our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), or our CEO to discuss these concerns in person. I assure you; we can work towards some resolutions. The Human Resources Department is committed to SCU’s top priority: Our Employees, therefore I am sorry you feel you cannot voice your concerns to me or my team.
