As part of our 23andMe+ membership, we released a new report powered by 23andMe research on glaucoma. The report allows members to learn about their genetic likelihood of developing this group of eye conditions, which occurs when the optic nerve becomes damaged. Optic nerve damage can cause vision loss and, in some cases, may lead to permanent blindness.

We continued our #WomensHistoryMonth conversations with inspiring women by chatting with Ja'Nay Hawkins, Chief Partnerships Officer of MAKERS. MAKERS is a women's leadership platform that highlights the stories of groundbreaking women and is the largest collection of women's stories ever assembled. Tracy Keim, 23andMe VP of Consumer Marketing and Brand, facilitated the conversation about women's history month, fatigue and self healing, allyship and how women and men can support women.
