We are proud to share that 23andMe has made Comparably's list for “Best Company Work-Life Balance in 2021”. Disability Employment Awareness Month (DEAM) is an important time to shine light on fostering an inclusive culture that empowers the whole spectrum of diversity. In honor of this moment, we want to highlight 23andMe’s Neurodiversity employment resource group (ERG). This group was formed as a space to support, empower and provide resources for 23andMe’s neurodivergent employees (which includes those who are autistic, ADHD, and/or dyslexic). The ERG also helps put on educational presentations for all employees and collaborates on neurodiversity-related questions ranging from scientific research to meeting best practices.
