84 Lumber has awarded its annual 2025 midyear Team Headquarters winners in two categories: the Business Excellence Award and the Rising Star Award. The Business Excellence Award, which recognizes an associate who has demonstrated leadership skills, achievement, growth, and success at 84 Lumber, was awarded to Jason Cramer, senior manager of service delivery in the IT department. Cramer joined 84 Lumber in October 2019 as a service desk manager and was promoted to his current role in September 2023. The second honor, the Rising Star Award, was awarded to Wesley Wise, a window buyer in the purchasing department. The Rising Star Award recognizes an up-and-coming associate who has had a significant impact on their team. Wise started with 84 Lumber at the beginning of 2022 and moved into the purchasing department in May 2023. He was promoted to his current role in May 2024.
84 Lumber is excited to announce its newest building component โ 84 Vertical. This new program started in Denver, Colorado, and is now available in other markets such as Atlanta, Georgia; Nashville, Tennessee; Birmingham, Alabama; and Indianapolis, Indiana.

Maggie Hardy has been named a 2025 History Maker by Heinz History Center in Pittsburgh. Ten years after her father Joe Hardy received the same honor, Maggie is being recognized for her impact on Western Pennsylvania and beyond.
